Booking Confirmation

A booking is confirmed only after payment has been successfully received.

Customer Information

Please ensure that all submitted information, including your Name, Date of Birth, Time of Birth, Place of Birth, Gender, and consultation details, is accurate before making payment.

Once payment has been received, these details cannot be changed.

If incorrect information is submitted, a new booking may be required.

Astrology Report

Once the astrology report, written consultation, or document has been successfully delivered to the customer, the amount paid for that service is non-refundable.

Live Consultation

Once an audio call or video consultation has been completed, the consultation fee is non-refundable.

Cancellation by Customer

Customers may cancel a booking before making payment.

After payment is completed, cancellations are generally not eligible for a refund unless approved by the astrologer under exceptional circumstances.

Cancellation by Astrologer

If the astrologer is unable to provide the booked service due to unforeseen circumstances, the booking may be cancelled.

In such cases, a full or partial refund may be provided at the astrologer's discretion.

Duplicate Payments

If you accidentally make a duplicate payment, please contact us. Verified duplicate payments will be refunded.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method wherever possible. Processing times may vary depending on the payment provider.
